Process
1. Send me an email at KateBattleArtist@gmail.com with 3-5 high quality (large files, non blurry) of the pet you'd like to have painted. Also let me know which size(s) you are considering and if there is anything else I need to know about your pet portrait request.
2. I will work with you to choose the reference image that would make the best portrait of your furry friend and send you a cropped image of your photo for your approval as the final reference image. I require a 50% downpayment to begin the painting. I accept Paypal, Venmo or cash.
3. Once we have agreed on the reference photo and details and I have received the 50% down payment, I will paint your pet portrait. (Completion date estimate will be given at time of downpayment).
4. When I have finished your pet portrait, I will send you a photo for your final approval. I will also send you an invoice for the balance of the fee due plus any shipping cost if that applies.
5. Once you have approved the final painting, I will put a coat of protective clear varnish on it and add hanging wire. When final payment has been received, I will ship or have your painting available for pick up.
